1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using church.software or grplife services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a church, religious entity, or non-profit organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Service Availability & Security
We provide enterprise-grade reliability, encrypted communications, and regular automated backups. You agree to maintain appropriate access credentials for authorized administrative staff.
3. Telephony & Acceptable Use
Use of our WebRTC softphones and two-way SMS messaging must comply with all applicable local and federal telecommunication laws. Transmission of unsolicited commercial spam or defamatory material is strictly prohibited.
4. Subscriptions & Cancellations
Services are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Data export tools are provided to ensure you retain ownership of all church records.
